BY POPULAR DEMAND, A SECOND SOUS VIDE CLASS HAS BEED ADDED TO OUR SCHEDULE.  THE ORIGINAL CLASS SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, JUNE 8TH AT 10:30 HAS BEEN FILLED AND WE ARE OFFERING A SECOND CLASS ON JUNE 8TH AT 1:30 P.M.  CONTENT WILL BE SAME AS 10:30 A.M. CLASS. 

SOUS VIDE is a culinary technique in which food is vacuum sealed and cooked in a water bathe at a consistent low temperature for an extended period of time.  Ideal for those with busy schedules and health-conscious lifestyles, SOUS VIDE delivers easy meal solutions that are virtually foolproof!  Instructors for this class will be Garrett Sublette and Brooke Miller, representing CASO Sous Vide. The class fee of $25.00 will be applied to the purchase price should you purchase a Caso Sous VIde stick on class day.
