The Kitchen Drawer Cooking Class Registration & Transfer Policy

Cooking classes at The Kitchen Drawer are on a first-come basis. Payment MUST be made at the time of registration. Registration can be done in person at the store, by phone or via email. We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.

At the time of registration, please provide your name, telephone number, address (both physical and email) as well as class date/title/fee. If paying by credit card via phone or email, please be prepared to provide credit card number, expiration date and security code.

REQUESTS FOR TRANSFERS MUST BE MADE ONE (1) WEEK PRIOR TO CLASS TIME - NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you are unable to make the class time, you may send a substitute in your place or transfer your pre-paid fee to a future cooking class or store credit. NO REFUNDS are given at any time.

Due to the availability of ingredients, the chef may substitue recipes in class or because of time constraints not every recipe scheduled is prepared. We will make every effort to provide the class with written recipes, however some chefs cook straight from their head and heart. We strongly suggest that you bring a notebook or paper and pen to take your own notes during the class. Unless noted in the class description, food cannot be taken from our premises.

EXPLORE SALAD LIFE BEYOND LEAF LETTUCE, SPINACH, AND ICEBERG.  CHEF CHRISTIAN CHAVANNE WILL DISCUSS THE 4 CATEGORIES OF LETTUCE, WHAT TYPES PAIR BEST WITH SPRING VEGETABLES AND OILS/DRESSINGS TO COMPLEMENT.

RICK ORUCH OF SEA BREEZE SEAFOOD MARKET AND GRILL IS BACK!  ALONG WITH CHEF ALYSSA WILHITE, RICK WILL COVER THE BASICS OF PREPARING, STORING, AND PURCHASING FRESH FISH. AFTER THIS CLASS YOU WILL COOK FISH WITH CONFIDENCE AND SKILL. TWO CLASS SESSIONS WILL BE OFFERED WITH SAME CONTENT IN BOTH.

COST:  $75.00 PER PERSON
