BROADWAY, TYLER (NEXT TO BILL'S UNCLAIMED FURNITURE).  THE WOMEN'S SYMPHONY LEAGUE SPRING STYLE SHOW AT SWANN FURNITURE, SWANN PLAZA ON APRIL 26TH.

TIRED OF THE SAME OLD SPINACH, ROMAINE , ICEBERG SALADS? WE WELCOME CHEF CHRISTIAN CHAVANNE BACK TO THE KITCHEN DRAWER WITH A NEW CLASS ON SPRING SALADS.  CHEF CHRISTIAN WILL DISCUSS THE CATEGORIES OF LETTUCE  WHICH INCLUDE BUTTERHEAD, CRISPHEAD, LEAF, AND ROMAINE.  HE WILL PRESENT LETTUCES AND SPRING VEGETABLES PAIRINGS AS WELL AS THE BEST OILS/DRESSINGS TO COMPLEMENT.  THIS WILL BE A GREAT CLASS TO EXPAND YOUR REPETOIRE OF LETTUCE BASED SALADS FOR SPRING AND BEYOND!

 RICK ORUCH /SEA BREEZE FISH MARKET IS BACK AT THE KITCHEN DRAWER FOR ANOTHER SERIES OF CLASSES ON FRESH FISH.  YOU WILL LEARN INFORMATION AND TIPS ON ALL ASPECTS OF FISH - TYPES, PURCHASING, STORAGE, AND PREPARATION.  TWO SESSIONS (ONE MORNING, ONE AFTERNOON) WILL BE OFFERED WITH SAME CONTENT PRESENTED IN EACH SESSION.  FRESH FISH WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE TO TAKE HOME.  THIS IS ONE OF OUR MOST POPULAR CLASSES SO MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY!
