AS OUR TEMPERATURES AND CALENDAR SHOW, FALL HAS ARRIVED.  THE KITCHEN DRAWER HAS A GREAT OCTOBER IN STORE;  FROM CLASSES TO MERCHANDISE, THERE IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE.   NEW PRODUCTS ARE ARRIVING DAILY  WHICH IS GREAT NEWS FOR THOSE GETTING A JUMP ON THE HOLIDAY GIFT SHOPPING.  WE HAVE TWO FANTASTIC CLASSES TO OFFER AS WE WIND DOWN THE COOKING CLASSES FOR 2018. 

THE FIRST IS AN EVENING IN BURGUNDY REGION, FRANCE LED BY CHRISTIAN CHAVANNE.  KNOWN AS THE HOME OF PINOT NOIR, CHARDONNAY, GAMAY, AND SAUVIGNON BLANC, THE CLASS WILL FOCUS ON FLAVORS AND WINES NATIVE TO THIS HEART OF FRANCE.  FRENCH WINES CELEBRATING THE REGION'S GRAPES WILL BE SERVED WITH THE DINNER COURSES.  OUR SECOND CLASS IS A LONGTIME FAVORITE - OUR FRESH FISH CLASS PARTNERING WITH RICK ORUCH OF SEA BREEZE FISH MARKET AND GRILL.  MANY PEOPLE WANT TO EAT MORE  FISH BUT HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT BUYING, PREPARING, AND COOKING THIS IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF OUR DIET.  WHETHER YOU ARE A NOVICE TO FISH OR JUST WANT TO GET SOME NEW IDEAS FOR PREPARATION, THIS CLASS IS ONE YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS!  REMEMBER TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY FOR THIS CLASS AS THIS IS ONE OF OUR MOST POPULAR CLASSES.  ONCE AGAIN, WE WILL OFFER THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE FRESH FISH FROM SEA BREEZE.  A MARKET LIST WITH PRICES WILL BE POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE AND EMAILED TO THOSE RECEIVING OUR EMAILS.  SIMPLY CALL OR COME BY THE STORE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH PICK UP AVAILABLE ON CLASS DAY AFTER 11:30 A.M.

UPCOMING DATES TO MARK ON THE CALENDAR ON NOVEMBER 3RD WHEN LONE STAR SHARPENING WILL BE BACK TO GET YOUR KNIVES READY FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON.  OUR ANNUAL HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 10TH. PREVIOUSLY CUSTOMERS HAVE RECEIVED AN INVITATION VIA THE POSTAL MAIL.  DUE TO SO MANY CUSTOMERS NOT RECEIVING THE MAILER LAST YEAR, WE HAVE CHOSEN TO GIVE THE INVITATIONS TO CUSTOMERS UPON VISITING THE STORE OR THROUGH OUR WEB PAGE WHERE IT CAN BE PRINTED OUT.  THE INVITATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE STORE OCTOBER 15 - NOVEMBER 7TH.  THE DISCOUNT WILL BE HONORED NOVEMBER 10TH - NOVEMBER 16TH AND IS NOT LIMITED TO ONE TIME USE.  THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL REMINDERS UPCOMING.

CHEF CHRISTIAN CHAVANNE WILL LEAD THIS CULINARY TRIP THROUGH THE BURGUNDY REGION OF FRANCE.   KNOWN FOR NATIVE GRAPES SUCH AS CHARDONNAY, PINOT NOIR, AND GAMAY,  THE REGION IS KNOWN AS THE KINGS OF WINE AND WINE OF KINGS.  THE EVENING WILL FEATURE TRADITIONAL BURGUNDY DISHES WITH WINES TO COMPLIMENT EACH COURSE.  ENJOY A FRANCOPHILE'S PERSPECTIVE OF THE HISTORY, FLAVORS, AND TRADITIONS OF THE BURGUNDY REGION, FRANCE.

RICK ORUCH - SEA BREEZE FISH MARKET WILL BE IN THE KITCHEN FOR A SERIES OF CLASSES ON FRESH FISH.  INFORMATION AND TIPS ON ALL ASPECTS OF FISH -  TYPES,  SEASONS OF AVAILABILITY,  HOW TO PURCHASE,  STORING YOUR FISH PURCHASES,  AND PREPARATION.  THERE WILL BE TWO SESSIONS (MORNING AND AFTERNOON) OFFERED WITH THE SAME CONTENT PRESENTED IN BOTH SESSIONS.  FRESH FISH WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE TO TAKE HOME.  THIS IS ONE OF OUR MOST POPULAR CLASSES SO MAKE YOU RESERVATIONS EARLY!
